Patrick currently works for an insurance company as a manager facilitating coaching and developing new and existing associates to reach their full potential with the hopes that some of the training will be implemented in their personal lives outside of the office space. Having a background in the automotive industry, he believes hard work is the foundation of any success. Taking great pride in his achievements to date, his most proudly accomplished achievement is, his family. Patrick has an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
Patrick believes, “We all have the ability to achieve greatness in our lives, sometimes we just need that gentle nudge of compassion to catapult us in the right direction to allow us to reach our destinies.” One of Patrick’s favorite quotes and principles is the old adage, “You can give a man a fish and feed him once, or you can teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime.” It is not through enablement, but enlightenment and implementation that we truly see success evolve.
Patrick learned the methods of philanthropy at an early age through organizations such as Christmas in April. Learning to serve others was a staple early on. While a child, Patrick was taught the theory of service by family members who served others as well as their country through military service. Patrick volunteers time coaching sports for the local park district. These values are engrained into Patrick who seeks to treat everyone as he would want to be treated himself.
