About the Event
A FREE Event to learn different ways to relax, reduce and manage stress, awareness of self : feelings and thoughts, awareness of surroundings, building bonds between mothers and daughters or any other duo: aunts and nieces, grandmothers and granddaughters, etc.
If you have more than one daughter, niece, granddaughter, cousin, mentor, etc and they are age 10 and older, each of you is more than welcome to register and attend.
