The first day of spring was March 20, 2025. Since then, the grass as begun to turn green, the trees have started to bud and flowers are slowing making their way back to touch the sky. Nature's way of telling us that change is needed is through the season of spring. How will you change this season?

New Year's resolutions can be tough to maintain, so here are some tips to stay consistent so that you may achieve your personal growth:
Create a schedule - Having a set date/time can be helpful because you get to set aside specific time to work towards your goal.
Hold yourself accountable - If you miss a day, make it up later. Sometimes in order to achieve goals you have to make sacrifices.
Don't do it alone - Some people find it easier to work toward a goal when they have others around them to provide encouragement.
Stay consistent even when you're tired - There will be days when you will struggle to find motivation but these days are important because that is when you build habits.
You can grow in many different ways; however, all ways will require some letting go. During autumn, leaves on the trees begin to change color and fall off because the tree is preparing for the winter. During winter, that tree will become dormant in preparation for the spring. During your growth, you will lose some leaves along the way but it's all to prepare you for the beauty of your growth. In other words, you might lose some friends on your journey, but you have to trust that the real ones will stay. This is because they will value and understand your goals in a way that will allow you to grow. In order for you to blossom, you must release all that will not lead you to where you want to be.
Are you willing to let go so that you may grow?
