Stop Human Trafficking:
Princesses and Ladies Inc.’s mission when it comes to human trafficking is to first be a voice of awareness through knowledge to educate. Secondly, to use our #IAMMission Program to build and help maintain self-confidence, self-efficacy and self-esteem in girls and women. We believe in doing so the chances of our girls running away from their homes, which is one group targeted by traffickers, will decrease. We also believe girls who are confident, have self-efficacy and self-esteem are less likely to be targeted by traffickers. We know they are many layers to girls and women becoming victims of human trafficking, however, we are using our resources to combat and prevent in a few of these ways. We believe prevention will help eradicate human trafficking. We desire to continue to foster positive pride in our girls and women, return and in many cases introduce them to their internal power.
Check out the events section of our page for our next upcoming human trafficking awareness event called Project Prevention.

Suicide: Prevention . Ideation . Survivors . Bereaved
Princesses and Ladies Inc. believes it is important that the stigma that surrounds suicide must end. Therefore, educating others about ways to prevent by recognizing signs and seeking help are critical. Working with those with suicidal ideations along with survivors: those who attempt and their families is also vital. It is equally important to assist those grieving the loss of their loved ones.
The #IAMMission Mentorship program uses cognitive behavioral therapy which is focused on replacing negative labels, thoughts and maladaptive behaviors with positive labels, thoughts and behaviors. The mission also encourages volunteerism while building self-confidence, self-efficacy and self-esteem.
The #IAMMission Campaign focuses on promoting positive self-talk, positive labeling of self and others. It also promotes positive thoughts and behaviors. These positives are showcased on social media using the hashtag: #IAMMission.
